Essie : Mezmerised Swatch & Review ★★★★★/5

Allo polish Pals!
How are you all doing? I really am sorry for the delays in posting. I need to be a little honest with you about something. Once again this week I felt sure I was getting better... then bam!/i> I'm back to being sick, I'm pretty gross for what I think is the third time in a row. Add on top the fact my stomach syndrome has been acting up.. I've just not been feeling at all like myself..Its a horrible floaty feeling. So I am sorry I posted less than intended and I'm sorry I'm not so quick with commenting.
Before I show you today's swatch of Essie's Mezmerised I'd like to say a huge thanks to you all for the kind words on my blogiversary post, you guys are stars!

Colour ~ I find this one hard to describe, Its somewhere between the perfect 'china blue' and slightly darker. I guess you can say its a lighter version of navy blue. If your familiar with Miffy the bunny then you'll know why I am referencing it!

Application ~ Perfectly good, you can apply this with zero problems. Of course the first coat isn't as perfect as we'd all wish. Seriously, are there any polishes that look perfect and complete within one coat? When I apply the second coat it looks fan-tab-u-lous! I had no issues with streaking, bubbles or anything of the kind.

Texture ~ I'd opt and say its a cream, It's beautifully smooth. Not too clunky, thick nor too watery. It is was it is, people!

★★★★★/5 Its a bang on blue. If you don't have anything like this shade in your collection I'd say go grab it because with its great formula and more than average drying time its a hard one to miss.

If I borrowed this from a friend would I go and buy myself a bottle? Yep! That's all I actually need to say on this!

Load'sa love

  1. Aw, hope you'll get better soon, being ill is the worst thing ever. And it's also so easy getting a new cold when being ill in the first place and that's probably why you're getting ill time after time, your immune system is probably at the bottom and is an easy target for new diseases. I've heard that it's important to eat a lot things containing vitamin C (like fresh fruit and vegetables) to help the immune system :)

Beautiful polish too, I imagine that it also would look great in many nail art's!:D

  2. This blue is great. But whats more important: Get well soon, Ithi! It is frustrating to get ill again and again. I live far away from my family, too. When I visited them I feel sad and drowny for a while. Maybe you feel the same. But it will get better! You have your wonderful man and I am sure everything will turn out great.

  3. I'm sorry you're not feeling well, I hope you can feel better soon! this is a beautiful polish!

♥Thank you so much for visiting today. I always love to read your thoughts and comments so don't be a stranger, come join in!
